User Conduct

  • Use the platform for any illegal activities or purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent our fee structure or payment systems
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
3. Property Listings and Content

Listing Requirements

  • All property listings must be accurate and truthful
  • Photos must represent the actual property being listed
  • Rental rates and availability must be current and accurate
  • Property descriptions must not contain misleading information

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Koor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our community guidelines, including but not limited to discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading listings.

4. Rental Agreements and Transactions

Platform Role

Koor acts as a platform connecting property owners and tenants. We are not a party to rental agreements between users and do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on our platform.

Payment Processing

  • We may facilitate payments between parties but are not responsible for payment disputes
  • All fees and charges will be clearly disclosed before processing
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable rental agreements

Rental Disputes

Disputes between property owners and tenants should be resolved directly between the parties. While we may provide assistance, we are not responsible for resolving rental disputes.

5. Agency Partnerships and Professional Services

Agency Verification

Real estate agencies must provide valid licensing and insurance information. We may verify this information but do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of agency credentials.

Professional Standards

  • Agencies must comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
  • Professional conduct standards must be maintained in all interactions
  • Agencies are responsible for the actions of their agents using our platform
6. Fees and Payment Terms

Service Fees

Our current fee structure is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice to users.

Payment Terms

  • Fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected
  • All payments are due immediately upon invoice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
7. Privacy and Data Protection
